As part of our exhibition stand design and construction business, we identify and reach out to companies exhibiting at trade shows to introduce our services. Clients
When you engage us for a project, we collect the information necessary to design, quote, contract and deliver that project — including contact details, billing information and project specifications you provide to us directly.

If you contact us through this website, our contact form or WhatsApp, we collect whatever information you choose to submit, such as your name, email address, phone number and project details.
How We Use It
We use the information we collect to:
- Introduce our services to companies who may be a good fit, and follow up on that outreach
- Prepare design concepts, quotes and proposals
- Deliver, manage and invoice projects we have been engaged for

Email Communications
Emails we send to trade show contacts are business-to-business outreach related to our exhibition stand design services — they are not newsletters or bulk marketing lists you were asked to join. Every email we send includes a clear way to identify who it is from and an unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you and add your address to a suppression list so it is not contacted again, even in a future campaign for a different event.
